Kingsbury Hall Presents Outreach Online Registration
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. When may I make a reservation?

a. Each show lists an initial on-sale date on the calendar.
b. Reservations may be placed only as the event goes on sale and are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Please register on the 1st day for best chances.

2. How do I make a reservation?

a. At noon on the initial on-sale date go to our website and click on the school matinee reservation link for the show you want.
- We recommend that one teacher from each grade register all classes rather than each individual teacher registering separately.
- Make sure to check target grades for each performance. Priority will be given to those classes that are within the specified target grade range.
b. Fill out the form. Please have an accurate head count. You will be responsible to pay the amount for which you are invoiced.
c. Click submit. If you have problems registering, please email Robin Wilks-Dunn or call 801.585.5212.

3. What next?

a. Once your request is received, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours as to whether your reservation has been accepted or whether you have been placed on a waiting list. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, email Robin because this means SHE DID NOT RECEIVE IT!
b. An invoice for facility fees, if applicable, will be sent to you. This needs to be paid 60 days prior to the event to continue holding the reservation. Failure to do so can result in the cancellation of your reservation. Reservations made within 60 days of the event are due within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Please contact Robin if you forsee a problem.
c. On events where facility fees apply, you may apply for a reduction or waiver at the time you make your reservation.
d. If your numbers increase, please email me the corrected number and we can adjust your invoice accordingly, if space is available. DO NOT bring additional people without contacting Robin.

Final instructions for parking, etc. and study guides where applicable will be sent out approximately 30 days before the event. Please note that because the performances are on the University of Utah campus during class time, parking is only provided for buses. Carpooling students is discouraged because of the parking situation on campus and because groups arriving at separate times creates a problem with seating groups.

If you need to cancel, you must do so via email. Refunds will apply as follows:
- 60 days prior - no cancellation fee
- 30 - 59 days prior - 10% cancellation fee
- Under 30 days - 25% cancellation fee

For additional questions, please email or call Robin Wilks-Dunn at 801.585.5212.
